As stated in your residential lease agreement, there are certain repairs that you, as a tenant, are responsible for at your own expense. Before submitting a Service Request Form, please read the Common Household Problems & How to Fix Them page where you will find links to DIY repair videos that will help with common problems.
Submitting a Maintenance Request Form for an item you are responsible for may result in being back-billed for the cost of the repair. In addition, repairs for damage caused by your negligence or misuse are the responsibility of the tenant.

Release of Key
Covenant Real Estate Management will not release a key to a vendor without written consent from a tenant. Vendors will contact you directly to obtain access to your home.
