If you are experiencing a maintenance issue, please fill out this form and a member of the Covenant Real Estate Management team will contact you shortly. In addition to submitting this form, please email or text pictures of the item/damage to maintenance@rentcrem.com.

What item in the home are you requesting maintenance for?

Please describe the item in detail, including: where it is in the home, the model & serial numbers (if applicable), and whether the issue is causing secondary damage in the home, i.e. leaking into another area of the home.

Which tenant will be the point of contact (POC) for this issue & what is the best phone number at which to reach him/her?

Please also email (maintenance@rentcrem.com) or text (703-489-1834) Eric when the repair has been scheduled with the vendor and again once the repair has been completed, so that the property owner can be updated.

Covenant Real Estate Management will not release a key to a vendor without written consent from a tenant. Vendors will contact you directly to obtain access to your home.
